Test Ride Waiver & Safety Terms:
I understand that riding an electric bicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this test ride and release Ebikeo, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of this test ride.
- Helmet must be worn at all times during the test ride
- Follow all traffic laws and safety instructions provided by staff
- Rider must be 18+ years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian
- Valid ID required for test ride
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the test ride
I agree to use the e-bike responsibly and will be financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable.
By booking a test ride, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I confirm that I am physically capable of safely operating an electric bicycle.
