- Battery capacity degradation (normal wear)
Warranty Terms
Duration: 2 years from date of purchase for frame, motor, and electrical components. Battery warranty: 2 years or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
Registration: Warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase. Keep your purchase receipt and serial number for warranty claims.
Service: Warranty service is free at authorized Voltaro service centers. Contact us to schedule warranty service.
Transfer: Warranty is transferable to the second owner with proof of purchase and registration transfer form.
